     Yilian is formally inaugurated, with the leaders of the Beijing Bureau of Justice in attendance. The Migrant Workers’ Fund is established with a 50,000 RMB donation from the
Beijing Legal Aid Foundation and a 200,000 RMB donation from the Beijing Guolian law firm.
