Director Huang Leping publishes an article in Xinhua News Agency’s “China Comment” magazine (internal edition) entitled “70,000 Proposals Focused on Social Insurance Law.” Yilian has always been concerned with the practice and research of social insurance law, and this paper was one among a series of research results.

Yilian announces their selection of the top ten work-related injuries rights protection cases of 2008. A series of such selections are held over two years, with "Follow Trends in the Industry and Navigate Work-Related Injury Rights” as the goals.
