
Before the training, Mr. Han interacted with the workers in the form of questions and answers in order to understand occupations of the participants and their perplexity in Labor Law. The atmosphere was active as the training attempted to meet the needs of the workers as much as possible.
As a lawyer who has years of experience in legal aid, Mr. Han explained in detail the legal process of signing labour contracts with employers in a readily comprehensible way. He introduced a large number of cases in his lecture, making it both informative and interesting. A combination of the Q & A training methods also fully lived up the enthusiasm in everyone present.

The training attracted dozens of wokers near Majuqiao, there are even some workers from farther blocks in Yizhuang (Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area) that came to the meeting. The workers realized the importance of legal knowledge in their live as they proactively participated in discussions. Mr. Han offered legal advices on specific problems from some of the workers at the end of the training. He welcomed those who may have legal issues in the future to call the legal consulting hotline of Yilian as well as directly come to the legal aid office of Yilian to have a face-to-face review in order to effectively safeguard their rights and interests by legal manners.

Not only did the training bring workers a chance to meet a professional labour lawyer, but also prepare them with abounding well-designed Labor Law manual as learning materials. The crews distributed those manuals to everyone during the training. After the meeting several workers also asked for more manuals fighter hoping to send them to their colleagues and friends. The workers told the crews that they were looking forward to more practical legal trainings launched by Yilian, so that more workers are going to benefit from it.
