*Council - makes decisions on establishing or folding the Center, reforming the Charter of the Center and other major issues.
* Director- supervises the Center in general and acts as the spokesman of the Center in public.
* 2 Deputy Directors – supervise Center in specific fields, and speak in public on behalf of the Center within each Deputy
