Yilian's Organizational Structure
Executive
* Council - makes decisions on establishing or folding the Center, reforming the Charter of the Center and other major issues.
* Director- supervises the Center in general and acts as the spokesman of the Center in public.
* 2 Deputy Directors – supervise Center in specific fields, and speak in public on behalf of the Center within each Deputy
Management Committee – made up of the Director and Deputy Directors, and makes decisions on major issues in the daily management of the Cente
Functional Section
* Legal Aid Department – provides legal aid and consists of a Professional Lawyer Division and a Public Welfare Lawyer Division. It is staffed by full-time lawyers.
* Research Department – applies for project funding and participation, conducts research and social
* activity projects, publishes research, monitors the legal aid projects, and works on building the Center’s brand.
Public Affairs Section
* Public Affairs Department- responsible for Center’s affairs such as management, finances, human resources, external communication, and team building activities.
